Rights and Obligations of University. A. University personnel may enter Student’s room at any time in the event of an emergency and at any reasonable time for any reasonable purpose, including, without limitation, inspection, maintenance or investigation of violations of University Regulations. By signing the Contract, you specifically agree to be bound by University’s search and entry policies as they now exist or may hereafter be amended, as set forth in University Regulations.
