Rights Conferred by Registration. The owner of a protected design shall have the right to prevent third parties not having the owner's consent, at least from making, offering for sale, selling, importing, exporting or using articles bearing or embodying the protected design when such acts are undertaken for commercial purposes, unduly prejudice the normal exploitation of the design, or are not compatible with fair trade practice.
