Rights in Compositions. Composer hereby irrevocably grants to Soundscape, during the Term, the exclusive right and authority to, and to permit others to, print, publish, sell, dramatize, synchronize, publicly perform, record, reproduce, transmit or otherwise use or exploit the Compositions (in whole or in part) by any and all means and in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the universe and for the term of copyright in the Compositions and all extensions and renewals thereof.
