RIGHTS IN DATA AND COPYRIGHTS/PUBLIC USE. A. The Attorney General shall have unrestricted authority to reproduce, distribute and use (in whole or in part) any reports, data or materials prepared by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement. No such documents or other materials produced (in whole or in part) with funds provided to Consultant by the Attorney General shall be subject to copyright by Consultant in the United States or any other country.
