Common use of Rights of Administration Clause in Contracts

Rights of Administration. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement, the County, the Trustees and the Administration of the College and their designated supervisory officials shall be solely responsible for the operation and control of the College and its personnel.

Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement, the County, the Trustees and Trustees, the Administration of the College and their designated supervisory officials shall be solely responsible for the operation and control of the College and its personnel, including (but not limited to) the right to hire and assign personnel covered by this Agreement, the selection and development of the curriculum the establishment of instructional and education policies, the supervision of personnel covered by this Agreement, and the establishment of budgetary and other fiscal policies.
