Common use of Rights of Concessioning Authority Clause in Contracts

Rights of Concessioning Authority. i. If in the reasonable opinion of the Concessioning Authority, the Concessionaire is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement for handling of cargo at the Project, the Concessioning Authoritymay,withoutprejudicetoanyofitsrightsunderthisAgreement including termination thereof, by notice require the Concessionaire to take reasonable measures for thehandling of cargo.

Rights of Concessioning Authority. i.
