RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES TO THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND GRIEVANCE FILES. 7.2.1. All contents of the professional file of any Employee and any grievance in the common grievance file filed by such individual, if maintained by the college, shall be accessible on a reasonable basis to such individual, except that medical, psychiatric or psychological data regarding such individual shall be handled in accordance with Section 4-194 of the Connecticut General Statutes. It is understood that a professional file may not be maintained for each Level I Part-time Employee.
