Rights of Faculty Employees. 2.3.1 A copy of this Agreement shall be distributed by the Board free of charge to all faculty employees employed under the terms of this Agreement. In addition, a reasonable number of extra copies shall be provided free of charge at the request of the Faculty Association. 2.3.2 Within thirty (30) calendar days of ratification of the agreement by both parties, the parties to the agreement shall prepare and sign the new Collective Agreement. Copies of the Collective Agreement shall be distributed to faculty employees within two (2) weeks of the date of signing.
