FACULTY ASSOCIATION SECURITY Sample Clauses

The Faculty Association Security clause establishes procedures for the collection and remittance of union dues or fees by the employer on behalf of the faculty association. Typically, this clause requires the employer to deduct specified amounts from faculty members' paychecks and forward these funds directly to the association, ensuring consistent and timely funding. Its core practical function is to streamline the dues collection process, reduce administrative burden on the association, and guarantee financial security for the faculty association by ensuring reliable receipt of membership dues.
