Rights of Faculty Employees. 2.3.1 A paper copy of this Collective Agreement shall be distributed by the Board free of charge to each of the Union’s stewards plus an additional twenty-five (25) paper copies will be provided to the Union. 2.3.2 Within thirty (30) calendar days of ratification of this Collective Agreement by both parties, the parties to this Collective Agreement shall prepare and sign the new Collective Agreement. The College shall provide each faculty employee with the current electronic link to the Collective Agreement within two (2) weeks of the date of signing and, place two (2) paper copies in the library. 2.3.3 The College shall include the current electronic link to the Collective Agreement, in the letter of appointment issued to any new faculty employee who is hired subsequent the ratification of this Collective Agreement.
