Rights of Individuals. Nothing in this document shall prohibit any employee from presenting views, proposals, or grievances to the Superintendent. If a grievance is not resolved at the administration level it may be presented to the Board of Education in accordance with established procedure. Negotiations, however, shall be conducted according to this Agreement.
