Rights of Lessee. Except as expressly stated in this Certificate, Lessee: (a) has no right to renew or extend the term of the Lease; (b) has no option or other right to purchase all or any part of the Leased Premises or all or any part of the Property; (c) has no right, title, or interest in the Leased Premises, other than as Lessee under the Lease.
