Rights of the Agents to take proceedings outside England Clause 15.2 (English courts) is for the benefit of the Agents only. As a result, nothing in this Clause 15 (Law and Jurisdiction) prevents the Agents from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute (“Proceedings”) in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Agents may take concurrent Proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.

Rights of the Agents. It is understood and agreed that each of the Agents shall have the same duties, rights and powers as a Lender hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as any of the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as its rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which it is or may be party, and engage in other transactions with any Credit Party or Affiliate thereof, as though it were not an Agent under this Credit Agreement and the other Fundamental Documents.
Rights of the Agents. In connection with this Agreement, to the extent not already provided for herein, each of the Agents shall be entitled to the benefit of every provision of the Project Documents and/or Financing Documents applicable to it limiting the liability of or affording rights, privileges, protections, exculpations, immunities, indemnities or other benefits to such Agent as if they were each expressly set forth herein for such Agent's benefit mutatis mutandis.
