Common use of Rights of the First Assignee Clause in Contracts

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease and this Deed have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner the First Assignee’s Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease Conditions and this Deed have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner the First Assignee’s 's Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease Grant and this Deed have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner the First Assignee’s Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease and Conditions, this Deed and the Deed(s) of Grant of Easement have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner the First Assignee’s 's Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease and this Deed have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner Owners the First Assignee’s Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.

Rights of the First Assignee. The First Assignee shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease Lease, this Deed, the Deed of Mutual Grant and this Deed the Deed(s) of Grant of Easement have the full and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Owner the First Assignee’s Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof.
