Common use of Rights of the First Owner Clause in Contracts

Rights of the First Owner. The First Owner shall at all times hereafter subject to and with the benefit of the Government Lease, this Deed have the sole and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Assignee the whole of the Land and the Building together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof SAVE AND EXCEPT the First Assignee’s Unit assigned to the First Assignee as aforesaid and SUBJECT TO the rights and privilege granted to the First Assignee by the said Assignment.
