Rights of Union to Receive Public Information. ‌ In response to requests from the Union, the District agrees to furnish the Union any available public information concerning the financial resources of the District and such other public information as will assist the Union in developing programs on behalf of the employees together with such information which may be necessary for the Union to process any grievance or complaint or to develop bargaining proposals.
