Public Information and Confidentiality. Information related to the performance of this Contract may be subject to the Public Information Act and will be withheld from public disclosure or released to the public only in accordance therewith. Performing Agency shall make any information required under the Public Information Act available to the System Agency in portable document file (“.pdf”) format or any other format agreed between the Parties. To the extent permitted by law, Performing Agency and the System Agency agree to keep all information confidential, in whatever form produced, prepared, observed, or received by Performing Agency or the System Agency. The provisions of this section remain in full force and effect following termination or cessation of the services performed under this Contract.

Public Information and Confidentiality. The Grantee shall not disclose information obtained from TxDOT under this agreement without the express written consent of TxDOT. The Grantee is required to make any information created or exchanged with the state pursuant to this contract, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to the state.
Public Information and Confidentiality. 14.1 As the Parties hope to enter into the Development Arrangement, the PDA, PPA, and other arrangements, they will be sharing confidential information. They have agreed to be bound by confidentiality agreements and requirements in relation to the sharing of such information.
14.2 The Parties agree, to the extent possible, to coordinate with each other all public information and media communications concerning all matters addressed in this AIP.
14.3 Information of a confidential or proprietary nature will be dealt with under the provisions of confidentiality agreements exchanged between the Parties.
Public Information and Confidentiality. The work under this Contract may require the exchange of confidential information; therefore, the parties agree to comply with the attached Texas Statewide Data Exchange Compact to control the handling and protection of such information.
