RIGHTS OF VARIOUS INTERESTS. 1. Whenever work being done by the County's forces or by other contractors is immediately adjacent to, or within the limits of work covered by this Contract, the respective rights of the various interests involved shall be established by the Contract Administrator to secure the completion of the various portions of the work in general harmony.
