Common use of Rights over the gas Clause in Contracts

Rights over the gas. The Shipper certifies that it is the holder of the rights enabling it to supply the Quantities of Energy at each Entry Point and warrants to hold the TSO harmless against the pecuniary consequences of any recourse by third parties availing themselves of rights relating to the Quantities of Energy which it has supplied to the TSO.
