Margin of Preference and Reservations 32.1 A margin of preference may be allowed on locally manufactured goods only when the contract is open to international tendering, where the tender is likely to attract foreign goods and where the contract exceeds the threshold specified in the Regulations.
Termination of the GTC for Convenience Either party may terminate this GTC for convenience upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party. Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

When You Have More Than One Plan with BCBSRI If you are covered under more than one plan with us, you are entitled to covered benefits under both plans. If one plan has a benefit that the other(s) does not, you are entitled to coverage under the plan that has the benefit. Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User.
