Common use of Rights to Conduct Businesses Clause in Contracts

Rights to Conduct Businesses. To grant to anyone the exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Project provided such exclusive right shall not operate to exclude Tenant's Permitted Use as set forth on the Schedule.
