Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective tenants or brokers ------------- during the last year of the Term of this Lease or the last year of any extension thereof or to show the Premises to prospective purchasers at all reasonable times, provided prior notice is given to Tenant in each case and Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises shall not materially be inconvenienced by any such action of Landlord.

To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants (only during the last 6 months of the Term), brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, have a representative present during any such showing.
Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies, and during the last nine (9) months of the Term to prospective tenants, or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.

To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants, brokers, lenders, mortgagees, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives no less than twenty-four (24) hours' prior notice to Tenant and such showing does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers or brokers at any reasonable time, and to prospective tenants during the final year of the Term, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises.

To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others (except prospective tenants) at any reasonable time, and to show the Premises to prospective tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the Term, provided in each case that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.

To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, brokers, lenders, investors, and rating agencies at any reasonable time and to prospective tenants during the final twelve (12) months of the term if Tenant has not exercised an option to extend the term, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises. Landlord shall comply with Section 11(e) in exercising its rights under this Section 11(g).
Show Premises. During the last six (6) months of the Term to permit a notice "To Let" to be put and remain on the Premises in a conspicuous position and to permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants during normal business hours and to exhibit the Premises for the purposes of the Landlord's own financing, refinancing and to exhibit the Premises to any prospective purchaser of the Building or of the Landlord's interest therein but not so as to cause any undue interference of the Tenant's business.
Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, lenders, mortgagees, investors, or rating agencies at any reasonable time, or, as to Landlord only, prospective tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the Term; provided that Landlord or Sublandlord, as the case may be, gives prior notice to Subtenant and does not materially interfere with Subtenant's use of the Premises.
