Rights to View Sample Clauses

Rights to View. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any teacher or his/her representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full faithful and proper performance of the duties of the employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative if there be one; nor shall it be construed to require any teacher to perform labor or services against his/her will.

Rights to View. Personnel File‌ Certificated employees or former certificated employees shall have the right to inspect in the presence of the Superintendent or principals all contents of their complete personnel file kept within the District as well as employment references leaving the District. Upon request, a copy of any documents contained therein shall be afforded the certificated employees at his expense. Anyone, at the certificated employee's request, may be present in this review.
