Common use of Rights to Visit Clause in Contracts

Rights to Visit. Any authorized representative of the Association shall have the right to visit the premises at any time during working hours for the purpose of investigating compliance with the terms herein, after notification of the Section Commander or supervisor in charge. The City will make every effort to allow meetings between Association members and their representatives to be held in a private setting.
