Rights Which Survive Termination or Expiration. Termination and/or expiration of this Agreement shall in no event terminate or prejudice any right arising out of or accruing in connection with the terms of this Agreement attributable to events and circumstances occurring prior to termination or expiration of this Agreement, and/or all rights and obligations specified in this Agreement to survive such termination and/or expiration.
