Risk Allocation/Limitation of Liability. 6.2.1 STREETSCAN is not responsible for any delay, disruption or liabilities caused by the failure or the inability of any state, federal, local, or other authority to review or take other appropriate action on a timely basis with respect to services performed by STREETSCAN under this AGREEMENT.
