Risk and Receipt of Funding. Subrecipient represents and warrants that, at all times during the Term, it does NOT have active exclusions in the System for Award Management (xxx.xxx). Subrecipient’s risk profile must be evaluated in accordance with 2 CFR § 200.332(b) and deemed favorable, and Subrecipient’s award will be reported at xxxx.xxx in compliance with 2 CFR §170, prior to Subrecipient’s receipt of funds. If the Subrecipient has any active exclusion, it will not be eligible for receipt of funding.
