RISK IN RESPECT OF SOFTWARE AND EQUIPMENT. The Customer assumes the risk relating to equipment and software that fall within the scope of the Agreement, cf. Appendix 3. The Contractor assumes the risk relating to any other equipment or software, for example, spare equipment, which it has placed on the premises of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
