Customer-Provided Equipment. Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.
Customer-Provided Equipment. If you do not purchase or lease Equipment from CenturyLink you understand and acknowledge that CENTURYLINK, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR SERVICE, IF SERVICE DOES NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY OR AT ALL, OR IF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, PERIPHERALS, DATA, OR EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED. YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO CENTURYLINK FOR DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT LEASED FROM CENTURYLINK. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and will not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

Comcast shall not be responsible to the Customer if changes in any of the facilities, operations or procedures of Comcast utilized in the provision of Service render any Customer-Provided Equipment or other equipment provided by a Customer obsolete or require modification or alteration of such equipment or system or otherwise affect its use or performance.
Customer-Provided Equipment. Terminal Equipment or facilities provided by persons other than the Company and connected to the Company's Services and/or facilities.
Customer-Provided Equipment. Matters caused by or related to Customer provided equipment failure, malfunction or configuration changes or failure to comply with facility installation guidelines.
Customer-Provided Equipment. Xxxxx 0 may install certain Customer-provided communications equipment upon installation of Service, but Level 3 shall not be responsible for the operation or maintenance of any Customer-provided communication equipment. Level 3 undertakes no obligations and accepts no liability for the configuration, management, performance or any other issue relating to Customer’s routers or other Customer-provided equipment used for access to or the exchange of traffic in connection with the Service.
Customer-Provided Equipment. 11.1 The Customer Provided Equipment shall always remain the property of the Customer or its suppliers.
11.2 PTLGateway shall comply with the following provisions in relation to the Customer Provided Equipment:
11.2.1 at the PTLGateway’s own expense, keep it free and clear of any liens or encumbrances of any kind (except any created by the Customer) and indemnify and hold The Customer harmless from and against any loss or expense caused by the PTLGateway’s failure to do so;
11.2.2 give the Customer immediate written notice of any attachment or judicial process affecting it or its ownership;
11.2.3 not to remove, alter or destroy any labels on it stating that it is the property of the Customer or a third party and allow the Customer to inspect such equipment at any time;
11.2.4 use it for the sole purposes of receiving or using the Services and to use the same in compliance with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s suggested guidelines and keep the same in good appearance and condition, other than normal wear and tear;
11.2.5 Subject to compliance by the PTLGateway with its obligations under clause 10.3, PTLGateway shall, maintain the Customer Provided Equipment in good working order in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
11.2.6 At the end of the Term (howsoever terminated or expiring) the PTLGateway shall at its own cost collect the Customer Provided Equipment.
Customer-Provided Equipment. Any and all facilities, equipment or devices supplied by Customer for use in connection with the Services.
Customer-Provided Equipment. IF YOU DO NOT LEASE A MODEM FROM dishNET YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT dishNET, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR SERVICE, IF SERVICE DOES NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY OR AT ALL, OR IF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, PERIPHERALS, DATA, OR EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED. Customer-Provided Equipment. Certain components, including equipment and software, not provided by Motorola may be required for use of the Products and Services (“Customer-Provided Equipment”). Customer will be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for providing and maintaining the Customer-Provided Equipment in good working order. Customer represents and warrants that it has all rights in Customer-Provided Equipment to permit Motorola to access and use the applicable Customer-Provided Equipment to provide the Products and Services under this Agreement, and such access and use will not violate any laws or infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights). Customer (and not Motorola) will be fully liable for Customer-Provided Equipment, and Customer will immediately notify Motorola of any Customer-Provided Equipment damage, loss, change, or theft that may impact Motorola’s ability to provide the Products and Services under this Agreement, and Customer acknowledges that any such events may cause a change in the Fees or performance schedule under the applicable Ordering Document.
