RISK OF USING THE ELECTRONIC TRADING. 電子交易的風險 Trading on one electronic trading system may differ from trading on another electronic trading system. If the Client undertakes transactions on an electronic trading system, the Client will be exposed to risks associated with the system, including the failure of its hardware and/or software. Any system failure may result in the Client's order either not executed according to the Client's instructions or not executed at all. Messages sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Client acknowledges and agrees to bear the risk of any delay, loss, diversion, alteration, corruption or virus infection of any messages or instructions either sent to or received from the Company’s systems over the internet.
