Common use of Road Closures Clause in Contracts

Road Closures. Following the completion and approval by STATE of log hauling activities and Project Nos. 2, 3, and 4, the following road segments shall be closed: Points: D, E, R, S, and T The aforementioned road segments shall be waterbarred as specified in Exhibit D and closed by constructing a barrier impassable to vehicular traffic, as directed by STATE. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.

Road Closures. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.

In addition, as directed the roads at Points D, M, N, O, P, and R shall be closed by STATEconstructing a barrier which makes the road impassable to vehicular traffic. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.
