STATE may require PURCHASER to perform extraordinary maintenance. STATE shall describe the amount and specifications of work to be done in writing, and make adjustments in accordance with Section 28. TIMBER SALE AREA Section 55. Designated Timber. The timber is located on the timber sale area. In accordance with Section 1, the following is designated timber, except as excluded by the section titled, "Reserved Timber": All timber cut in accordance with the specifications in the sections titled, "Felling," and "Thinning Specifications," within Areas 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. All marked trees within Area 3. All timber within Areas 10 and 11. All timber within Area I2 R/W. Boundary markings are as follows: Areas 1 through 11 are posted with "Timber Sale Boundary" signs and pink flagging. Area 12 R/W is posted with "Right-of-Way Boundary" signs. The boundaries between Areas 2 and 3 and Areas 3 and 4 are posted with "Area Boundary" signs. Marked trees are any trees with red paint marks on the trunk and below xxxxx height. Type F stream buffers are posted with "Buffer Zone" signs, pink flagging, and blue paint. PURCHASER shall not have any red or blue paint on the timber sale area.
