Common use of ROAD WORK PHASE APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

ROAD WORK PHASE APPROVAL. Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator upon completion of each of the following phases of road work, if applicable:  Right-of-way Falling/decking Clearing/grubbing  Subgrade Construction Excavation and embankment to subgrade Culvert installation Ditch construction Subgrade compaction  Rock application Rock compaction Rock depth  Erosion and sediment control  Revegetation
