Roads, Entrances & Storage. The Contractor shall not block public roads or entrances to the Work Site. Public roads and entrances to the Work Site shall not be used for storage of materials or parking by the Contractor or Subcontractors.

Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.
TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.
Roadways Roadways shall be designed in accordance with design data and criteria of the Ministry of Transportation as revised from time to time. Roadways shall be constructed in the locations and to the widths and grades indicated within Schedules "A-1" and "E" and set out in Schedule "D" attached hereto.
Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
