ROADWAY DESIGN CONTROLS. The Engineer shall inform the State of changes made from previous initial meetings regarding each exception, waiver, and variance that may affect the design. The Engineer shall cease all work under this task until the exceptions, waivers, and variances have been resolved between the Engineer and the State unless otherwise directed by the State to proceed.
