ROCK SOURCE NOT ON STATE LAND. Contractor shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator for the use of material from any alternate source. Rock used in accordance with the quantities on the ROCK LIST. Contractor shall notify the Contract Administrator a minimum of 5 calendar days before starting any operations in the listed locations.
