Role and Reporting. The Roundup L&G Business shall be managed, on behalf of the Agent, by its respective pesticide business units in North America, Europe and Asia ("Business Units") provided that, for the management of the Roundup L&G Business, the head of each of the three Business Units shall report directly to the Steering Committee.
