ROLE OF SECURITY TRUSTEE. Each Pledgor and the Security Trustee hereby acknowledge that the covenants of each Pledgor contained in this Pledge Agreement and the security and other rights, titles and interests constituted by this Pledge Agreement and all other moneys, property and assets paid to the Security Trustee or held by the Security Trustee or received or recovered by the Security Trustee pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement are held by the Security Trustee subject to and on the terms of the trusts declared by the Security Trust Agreement.
