Role of the Grantee. 4.1 The Grantee shall: a. Have full responsibility for ensuring that the Activity is implemented in accordance with the Agreement b. Be responsible, in the event of financial review, audit or evaluation for providing the necessary accounting documents c. Be responsible for providing all documents and information to UNOPS which may be required under the relevant payment requests d. Make the arrangements for providing the financial status documentation and financial guarantee, when requested e. Ensure professional management of the Activity, including performance monitoring and reporting activities.
