Common use of Role of the Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

Role of the Scope of Services. Each Scope of Services attached to this Panel Agreement; represents minimum and general requirements only for the relevant Services and does not limit the Panel Consultant's obligations under any Engagement; is intended to provide a basis for tailoring to the requirements of individual Engagements, by the Commonwealth making such additions, deletions or other changes to the Scope of Services in preparing the relevant Brief for a specific Engagement as are necessary to reflect the requirements of the relevant Engagement; and may be amended by the Commonwealth from time to time in order to reflect changes in Statutory Requirements. Where any Engagement is for any Other Commonwealth Agency and the relevant Scope of Services refers to Defence policies, standards, practices, Statutory Requirements or other Defence specific requirements, the Scope of Services may be amended to apply to the Other Commonwealth Agency and its relevant policies, standards, practices, or other requirements. Nothing in the Scope of Services or a Brief will be taken to limit or otherwise affect the Panel Consultant's obligations or liabilities under the Panel Agreement or the Terms of Engagement.
