The transferred funds shall be provided to the District based on project invoices and documentation. A Risk Assessment Form, Reporting Form, and project documentation shall be submitted by the District to the County prior to the first payment; followed by documentation and Reporting Form for remaining payment(s). The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to the District.
