Tenant hereby acknowledges that to the extent either (i) any portion of the Tenant Improvements, or (ii) any of Tenant's equipment installed in the Premises, requires a portion of the roof to be utilized by Tenant, that Tenant shall only be permitted to utilize that certain portion of the roof as designated on Schedule 4 to this Exhibit B (the "Rooftop Space").
