Routine Technical Assistance Service. This service is available to Buyer when problem isolation/resolution in a Non-Emergency situation is required. This service is available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Central, M-F) and is primarily used for analysis of routine technical problems using verbal reports from site personnel and System-generated information.
