Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. Any discrepancies between the drawings and/or specifications and the existing conditions shall be referred to the Design Professional for additional instructions before any work affected thereby is begun.
RESPECT AND DIGNITY The Employer and Union agree that each employee and supervisory representative of the Employer shall be treated with dignity and respect. Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct. In cases where an employee cannot be reassigned, the employee shall be considered to be on a leave of absence without loss of pay until the Employer makes a decision relative to imposing discipline.
Barriers and diversions The Authority shall procure that during the Operation Period, no barriers are erected or placed by any Government Instrumentality on the Bus Terminal except for reasons of Emergency, national security, or law and order.
