Royalty Due Date. Two sub-clauses must be deleted and initialled by both parties. The said royalty shall be payable to the Writer (or Writer’s Agent) within: 3.2.1* 14 days of the last performance of the Play’s run.

Royalty Due Date. Payments for Royalties based upon Net Sales which accrue in any quarter period shall become due 45 days from the last day of the respective calendar quarter period. All quarter periods shall end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.
