Common use of Royalty Records Clause in Contracts

Royalty Records. With respect to payments to be made under Sections 5.1 through 5.4, inclusive, Celgene agrees to keep, and to require its Affiliates and Sublicensees to keep, for at least [***] from the end of the Calendar Year to which they pertain, complete and accurate records of transfer and sales by Celgene or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, as the case may be, of each Co-Co Product, in sufficient detail to allow the accuracy of the payments made thereunder to be confirmed

Royalty Records. With respect to payments to be made under Sections 5.1 6.1 through 5.46.6, inclusive, Celgene agrees to keep, and to require its Affiliates and Sublicensees to keep, for at least [***] from the end of the Calendar Year to which they pertain, complete and accurate records of transfer and sales by Celgene or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, as the case may be, of each Co-Co Licensed Product and related Diagnostic Product, in sufficient detail to allow the accuracy of the payments made thereunder to be confirmed.

Royalty Records. With respect to payments to be made by Celgene under Sections 5.1 through 5.4, inclusive6.3 and 6.4, Celgene agrees to keep, and to require its Affiliates and Sublicensees to keep, for at least [***] from the end of the Calendar Year to which they pertain, complete and accurate records of transfer and sales by Celgene or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, as the case may be, of each Co-Co [***]SM Product and related Diagnostic Product, in sufficient detail to allow the accuracy of the payments made thereunder to be confirmed.
