Market Development. Consultant shall use its best efforts and engage its numerous contacts and relationships to increase the Company's exposure and recognition, both within and outside its industry as well as the technical and business communities. Consultant shall use its best efforts to assist the Company and its management in gaining preeminence and recognition, both in the technical and the non-technical or general public communities in which it currently works and potentially may enter. The purpose of this market development is to enhance the Company's reputation and to generate sales and revenues for the Company. Some of the potential markets as of now either wholly ignored or severely under-represented in the Company's current marketplace presence are:
Market Development. Distributor shall, at all times during the Term, use its best efforts to develop the market for the Product and to sell the Products in the Territory in a vigorous and diligent manner which shall favorably reflect upon Supplier’s name, trademarks, and the quality of its Products. Upon Supplier’s request, and Distributor’s acceptance, Distributor will allow to use its name, logo, trademark and sales achievement as may be used for marketing and promotional activities.
Market Development. LICENSEE agrees to diligently pursue the development, scale-up, manufacturing and marketing of the Licensed Products in the United States and such countries as it shall determine is economically and practically desirable in a manner that is consistent with manufacture, scale-up, development and marketing efforts for similar products by businesses comparable to LICENSEE in size and resources.
Market Development. Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to develop, exploit and maintain in the Licensed Territory and the market for the MOXG Products and Services without diluting or damaging the value of the Trademarks while promoting the high quality products and services associated therewith.
Market Development. The Executive agrees to use his best efforts in performing his duties and to do all things necessary to consummate, make effective, and comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Executive shall devote the Executive’s full time and attention to the performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company.
