Common use of RSPL Clause in Contracts

RSPL. Upon Buyer’s request, Embraer shall present to Buyer a recommended Spare provisioning list (the “RSPL”). The objective of the RSPL is to provide Buyer with a detailed list of Spares that will be necessary to support the initial operation and maintenance of the Aircraft by Buyer.
