Rule 192 – Application. This Contract is a “cooperative agreement” as that term is used in WAC 000-00-000 (Rule 192). Subsequent State Legislative Enactments Should the Legislature enact a law that provides more favorable terms for the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe, the parties shall amend the Contract to reflect such terms.
