The Legislature. The legislative authority shall be exercised in the RS by the RSNA and the Council of Peoples and in the Federation by the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples. In RS, Laws and other regulations which are approved in the RSNA and which concern the issue of a vital national interest of any of the constituent peoples will enter into force only upon adoption by the Council of Peoples.
The Legislature. 1. Legislative power shall be exercised by the National Assembly and, where specified herein, by the National Assembly and the Senate. A law adopted by a legislative body or bodies may only be amended by the same body or bodies.
The Legislature. There shall be constituted a Legislative Assembly consisting of elected and nominated members as may be deemed necessary representing different Tribes. (Further a duly constituted body of Experts may be formed to examine and determine the principles of representation on democratic basis.)
The Legislature. A Legislative Assembly composed of elected members representing various tribes shall be constituted.
